I received two contract renewal letters on the same day - one for £58 and the other for 72.50 . The £58 one was in response to me accepting an on line renewal email. I have written 3 letters to Virgin Media complaints as the situation is most confusing and the actual contract details when I look at my on line account bear no resemblance to the renewal letters received. The contract letter also includes facitilities I did not request and there is also a charge of £300 to change tariff on the one letter - surely this is not right ? I have diminished eyesight and receive large pring on green paper
