I have been left continually frustrated by Virgin Media. I was missold a package and complained as soon as I was emailed the details and realised I had been lied to. They have used Covid 19 as an excuse for poor customer services. I have complained 4 times now and keep getting the same frustrating round robin. Today, I answered a text asking for my details, in response to one of my complaints regarding this. Sadly, it was yet another automated service that asked for my account details, which I had just given in reply to one of their texts. I can only urge people not to sign up with Virgin, they are corrupt and ignore customers.
