Wanting to know if usual to not hear from a member of team forum for two days whilst dealing with problems.

thanks, yes been dealing with one problem over a week by pm so used to waiting about a day for replies but as had been longer wondered if i needed to try i different way. Will leave it a few more days
The forum team employee you are dealing with has not been online since close of business Friday.
Given today is a Bank Holiday, I think, then tomorrow is the next working day, surely.
If you let me know on what post you have been speaking to a VM forum team member I can escalate this for you.

Not in England it's not, according to the calendar, Possibly in Scotland, but many of us still live South of the border....
And as such, today is a 'working day' (I know, as Iv'e been to work!!)
