changing name on account

Changing my mums account from my Fathers name- he passed away in 2012, mum has never changed it. Unable to get through on the telephone when we were with mum, she is 90, has no internet ect. We have only recently found this out while helping her out.

I am sorry to hear of your loss, we have a dedicated Bereavement team that would be able to help change the account over for you.

 

Have you contacted them on 0800 952 2302?
