Hi, I just changed my installation date from June this year to November as I discovered my BT contract was for 18 months rather than just one year. This means the Virgin Media contract I received is now defunct. Will they automatically send out a revised one or do I have to phone them again to do this? I was also sent an estimate of my first bill. Should I trust that this will have been adjusted too or should I prompt them, to avoid any hassle further down the line?
