cant upgrade/ view offers

evertime i log in and try and view the offers and upgrades i just get the "oops something went wrong" message, everything else works fine i am just trying to see what faster broadband is available

Sorry to hear that you're having issues checking your upgrades and offers online, this ins't what we like to hear. 

I can appreciate that you're keen to know what is available so if you get the same error message when using another browser then I'd advise speaking to our team on 150/0345 454 1111 and the team will be able to see what's going on as well as what deals we have available for you. 

Let us know how you get on.

I have exact the same issue, both on Chrome and Firefox.

I absolutely do not want to speak on the phone with anyone – it's 2019, please fix your website.

Apparently this forum also has issues...

Anyway, whenever I press "My Upgrades & Offers" -> "Top Offers", or in the "My Account" I press "Upgrade your Broadband" – it takes me to the https://store.virginmedia.com/existing-customer/my-offers/offers page, which displays only the following message:

Oops! Something went wrong.
Sorry, we’re unable to change your package online. Give us a call on 0345 454 1111 and we’ll be happy to help.

Hi Ryan,

I do not like being forced to use phone, specifically regarding an issue that is resolvable through a website, shall one work properly.

It's been more than 4 month now – nothing have changed. Is anyone looking on this issue? Should we expect it to be fixed?

I am sorry to hear you are still unable to click on my offers with having issues, have you tried a different device and different web browsers to try this., also have you managed to speak to our faults team?

I get the same thing. Doesn't matter what browser I'm using. Same error at home, at work, on public Wifi or on any of the 5 computers us regularly.
