cant sign in

Hi all, 

NOT HAPPY     Cant sign in, i put correct password in but the computer  says no, it’s not recognised            WHY.     

I can’t use the app…………cant sign in.          really frustrating i have tried phoning waited 45 minutes only to hear……………………… the other person has cleared .                

                                                                        HELP

A number off issues on the web site since the UKcalll centers, Got closed due to the pandemic, all calls been rerouted  to India, your wait time is limited,  keep trying different time slots

Hi yarfik, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you have not been able to sign in with the online account, both online and the browser will use the same details. Can you go through the forgotten my password section to see if you are able to update this? If you are still having issues then please let us know. Chris.
