I have been trying to login to my account on virgin media (same email as this account) but it's been of no use. I can't login, no matter what and I get the below error:
We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again.
I have tried all possible solutions, such as - reset password, change browser, clear cache, use different computer etc. None of the standard solutions work.
Can you please advise how to fix my virgin media account?

Have you been able to get connected to the account since your post?
If you're still having some trouble, can we please confirm when you reset the password, did you do so to something different than the initial password?
Did you ensure this was done so case sensitively?

yes I was able to login, it seems despite changing the password it was still using the old one. I was able I recall the old password and it still works.
I had clicked on forgot password and then filled up the details to change the password, even got the message that password changed but I couldn’t login using the new password.

It seems my Kaspersky was playing up with my connection. I exit Kaspersky and reset password and was able to login.
