I cant register my account its saying details are incorrect. Ive done live chat and phoned virgin up but their no help keep passing me about or told me i have to sort it myself online. Why been on been **bleep** off
Thanks for your patience whilst I waited on an update on this one.
I've checked on this one and they have advised that they just need to reset this for you however the system they use is offline today. They've been getting this refreshed over the next few days and you should be able to register then.
I'll come back here and let you know when it's time to try.
I have exactly the same problem. Been trying to register my new virginmedia account for the last couple of days to no avail. It doesn't let me go past first page where you put your surname // account number // area code. Or when it does you get a message "ooops something's broken."
