I recently had to change to another provider as I moved house and you don't cover the area i moved to, when i arranged the cut off date (12th September) i was told that my email address would be available for 90 days, now i cant log in after 19 days so i assume it has been closed ? also i gave notice the month before and had constant emails complaining that i hadn't returned my equipment for 3 weeks before my disconnection date and as I cant log in I don't know if you have received it yet. Also my last bill showed a credit of £23.79 but i have only received a credit of £6.10

Have you attempted clearing your cache & cookies? I am sure you know how to do it but if not you can follow this link.
