cant log into my account

I recently had to change to another provider as I moved house and you don't cover the area i moved to, when i arranged the cut off date (12th September) i was told that my email address would be available for 90 days, now i cant log in after 19 days so i assume it has been closed ? also i gave notice the month before and had constant emails complaining that i hadn't returned my equipment for 3 weeks before my disconnection date and as I cant log in I don't know if you have received it yet. Also my last bill showed a credit of £23.79 but i have only received a credit of £6.10

Good morning. 

 

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us,  we are experiencing some issues with customers logging into the account, are you trying to access your email though a web browser or though a 3rd party app? 

 

Have you attempted clearing your cache & cookies? I am sure you know how to do it but if not you can follow this link
