cant confirm email/username

I am trying to change my username and email address on my virgin media account but haven't been able to for a couple of reasons. 

Receiving the confirmation emails has been frustrating because sometimes they don't come through and then when they do i try to confirm the new details and it says "we are having technical difficulties, please try again later".

its been 24 hours and still no luck.

 

please help!!

The easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They are the best chance of getting someone to fix this issue.
