in my area gigabit is being installed so i am moving onto that, and i had a letter from virgin media saying i can cancel my contract by 3 march penalty free.
i have already moved to a different phone provider so i was wondering if i can still cancel the broadband only contract by 3 march penalty free or not because i am assuming i am on a new contract because i only have broadband with you guys now?

We can't arrange cancellations from here I'm afraid, If you can give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the cancellations team who will be able to look into this further for you.
