cancellations.....WONT ANSWER THE PHONE

HOW DOES ANYONE GET THROUGH TO THIS DEPARTMENT!!

They refuse to answer the phone -landline or mobile..

They have literally just hung up...Disgraceful service.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and sorry to see you've been struggling to get through to our retentions team to cancel the services.

 

We have been experiencing a very high volume of calls recently but can assure you we will seek to answer as many calls as we possibly can to assist our customers.

 

If you call us close to our opening time of 8am, on 0345 454 1111, or via 150 on your Virgin Media landline, or Virgin Mobile, you'll be better placed to get through to us
