cancellation

my landline is not working and I can't dial 150 to cancel. 

I am not able to call 0345

how do I cancel my account with Virgin?

 You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of cancellation  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, (usually a free number on most call plans)or 0800 052 0422,  but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

or write to them to as per the terms and conditions. If writing send it by registered post.

If you are still in contract there may be some early cancellation fees

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your landline service. Can you please expand on the problem?

Is there a dial tone at all and have you tested another handset to ensure there isn't a problem with the equipment?

 

If you wish to go ahead with the cancellation, you can arrange this with our text service on 07533051809 and the team are available 7am - 11pm Mon-Fri and 8am - 8pm Sat/Sun.
