VM have recently installed the external brown cable box on my house and are due to install broadband, tv and phone in a few weeks time, after reading reviews about customer service and speaking to my neighbour who is having issues with speed I no longer want to go ahead with VM.
Will I get charged for the installation of the external cable box if I cancel before the installation?

I am really sorry to hear that you no longer wish to go ahead with your installation. Have you successfully cancelled your account? There will be no charge. We've now made your property serviceable. Which means should you change your mind in the future, the work will already have been done.
