I cancelled my contract on Friday the 15th of May and I was told that I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours and I haven't. Do I need to phone the help centre or can I get it resent over the virgin media website?

Firstly sorry to hear you are leaving us, this is disappointing news. Can we ask if you have cancelled your Mobile or Media account?
Also have you checked you spam emails as sometimes they fall in to this category. If you have and it is not there please message us on +44753 305 1809 and our team can check the cancellation order for you and resend the confirmation.
