cancel contract

Hi

I send letter with register post it is more than 30  days and still no confirmation from virgin 

Can someone from virgin team check it for me?

Really sorry that you've not heard back regarding your letter you sent, this isn't good. 

Whilst we can't cancel accounts from here we can check if we've had your notice and what's going on.
