cancel broadband and phone

I have called Virgin media 14 times over the past week in hopes of leaving. I want to leave, I am currently paying £81.50 per month for broadband and phone. This is unacceptable, I'm not on any contract of such, and would like to cancel ASAP. Please help as I've tried every method and I don't want to call and be put on hold for 1 and half hours and then for them to cut the call on my face.

Anybody, can you please help.

Re: cancel broadband and phone

Should I just cancel the DD?

Write a letter?

Re: cancel broadband and phone

Cancel the DD and VM will set in train its collection process, charge you late payment fees and enforce the contract you agreed to. Debt collectors will follow and a default recorded on your credit record.

You should be able to get through on the phone if you try early enough. Lines open at 8am. Try then.

Write here to cancel and send by "signed for" delivery

Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Diamond Plaza, Daleside Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG2 3GG

Whatever method - thirty days notice required.

Re: cancel broadband and phone

Thankyou so much. Will try to call earlier and if that does not work, send the letter.
