can't log in

I've been using Virgin Media for a year now and I haven't yet received an account number and area reference. What should I do?

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first ever post 🙂 


Your account number and area number will be listed on your contract along with each bill we send to you. Your contract is usually emailed to the email address you provided when signing up but this may have also been posted to the account address. 


Each bill will be emailed each month if you registered for ebilling otherwise it will be posted to the account address. 


Whilst we're not able to provide the account number to you directly, you can request a copy bill to be emailed to you which will have the information listed. Once you have your account number and reference number from your bill, you can then register your online account and check them online anytime.
