can't get tracking order to work with account

so I am a student.

this is my first time sorting out bills and wifi, quite a stressful ordeal sorting it all out on my own, but I have ordered a hub deal to my new flat, and it has given me a track parcel but I can't access it due to not having an 'account number' or 'area reference' on the email receipt it has given it a "-" next to it, and the contact number I believe is wrong, now im not sure if this is because I have done a guest check out in a rush I can't remember, but the parcel is due for the 4th which given is short notice, but I live in a flat which is on a busy road and it is very hard to hear someone knocking and I can't exactly write a note on the door which will be plastered on a main road for anyone else to take down and call me on, is there any way they will email me a time slot they will roughly be coming out as I don't want to sit at the bottom of the stairs all day waiting for a knock.

Hey Ella- Nicholson, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.

Normally you should of been sent these documents after you signed up, they may come when the router turns up if they don't we can resend them back out to you.

With the delivery you will get a SMS from Yodel who should give you a time slot on the 4th.

They should also give you other options like delivered to a shop, next door etc.
