can't find account number

Dear Sir/Madam/Other,

My broadband has suddenly stopped working. I have tried to log in to my Virgin account but my email is not recognised- I was emailed with pre-contract details on this. Upon further look I have also realised that I have not been charged since my start-up fee in September, nor do I have an account number. I have tried to ring customer services but due to my lack of account number I cannot do so. Is there anyone that can help?
