can Ii suspend the service for covid-19

I have the virgin media TV and broadband player bundle in the house. I live in Newcastle. Given the circumstances of the pandemic, I will back home in overseas 27th May 2020, with no one living in the house in Newcastle, no one using the services when I will travel.

Is it at all possible to suspend my services until the 27th of September 2020 when I can go back to my home in Newcastle? 

Can you help?
