can I check a phone call from virgin media?

I am no longer a virgin media customer since 28/03/2020 wasn't sent a returns box...just letters telling me i haven't returned their equipment then, so I replied sending it as to be signed for. Then today i got a phone call 'from someone at virgin media' regarding collection equipment. Can I check if it's a genuine call?

returning equipment

can anyone tell me how to get virgin media to actually send a returns pack to enable a now ex customer to return the equipment because I am fed up with asking and even more fed up with their promises This has been going on since March 28 2021 all I'm getting from then are letters telling me they're going to charge me for not returning their equipment. Surely I should be charging them!

Problems in returning equipment to VM are regularly mentioned on the forums.

Posts in the 'Community Natter' forum rarely get any attention from the VM forum staff.

Your query would be best placed in the 'Managing Your Account - Cable' forum where VM staff do respond. Avoid multiple posts about the same issue as that will just confuse the responses you might get.

Someone might move this topic over there for you.
