Hi tried phoning virgin on150   found it impossible  to speak  to a adviser  .

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with getting through to the team, I can see from the thread titles it is regarding to "bills".

HI my monthly  bill  went from £69 to £72  my main problem  is  getting  to speak  to a adviisor near impossible on 150  fob off to links on mobile phones etc  I will leaving virgin soon..

This can be due to discounts expiring etc, our team on 150 or 0345 454 1111 may be busy which causes a longer wait time but they can all be contacted via any of the contact options listed here
