hi all still cant see my bills have called and complained to virgin numerous times they said they called me they have numerous times to solve problem still no luck

hi can some one help me i had a complaint about email from ayra kumar cant get throught to any one at virgin if this is not delt with urgent i am taking my complaint to the ombidsman anyone can help
