billing

There's a specific query I've got regarding billing.

 

My contract started on 12 Aug.
My first bill was generated on 9th Sep.

 

On my bill, it says:
12 Aug = Package changes = £25

9 Sep = My package = £25

 

For my first bill, shouldn't I only have a charge of £25 on 9 Sep? I did not make any package changes on 12th Aug. The discounts that were supposed to have been applied to my account have been messed up slightly so I'm assuming this is something to do with that.

you will need to call CS to discuss any billing queries.

CS is rubbish. They don't understand their own systems. Have been told different things by different people

Then raise a complaint and let the complaints team look into it.

I understand re billing query but I am asking a general question re billing cycle. I am not asking people to look into my account.

 

do VM charge for the first month on the first day of service, or do they charge for the first month of service on the date the first bill is generated?

When you first sign up with us for services, the first bill will include both the first and second month.
