billing wrong

hey thought I'd try here, like talking to a brick wall with Cs. 

So my contract with virgin is £22.50 but without warning they are charging me £26.00 a month, they've broken the contract details and no one is willing to understand or rectify it. This is just a tldr but will provide more to the agent that responds
