bill

hi i was moving house and redirected my services to new house the house sale fell through so i didn’t move i had to have services reconnected back to my house and they put me on a different tv bundle that i did not ask for i am now being charged £163 for services i did not ask for also my services have been messed up and not working since i cannot connect my phone to the wifi as saying wrong password when it’s not i don’t see why i should that amount when i’m having problems

That's really strange that this has happened, is it possible you could clear a few things up for me please? In terms of the disconnection was it fully disconnected at the time or was you within the 30 day cancelation period? In terms of the WiFi password as well, was other devices able to connect with no issue?

hi i don’t think it was fully disconnected as we was only without wifi for a few hours i phoned to get it all back on but they changed my package and now charging me for that and charging me for changing it back

I was going to say that we could have just cancelled the disconnection that was booked on the account. 

 

I am glad the team have been able to revert the package 🙂 When you say that you are being charged? For what sorry?

i’m being charged 2 months of the 70pound package i didn’t ask for then an extra 40 ish for changing it that’s around £163 i can’t afford my original package was 37 a month

I can appreciate a few issues are happening here, it is always best to put all the issues you're having in the same post so we can deal with it at the same time. When you say the WiFi is switching on and off, is this the hub rebooting constantly or the signal dropping from devices?

When the Wi-Fi drops do all devices drop at the same time along with the wired devices?
