bill error

I renewed my contract in July. The agreed increase which should have started in January 2020 has started in October. What's gone wrong here?

There was a yearly increase this month, you'll get another price increase in January (unfortunately)

Hi there.

 

On what basis can you justify a 7% annual increase when the official CPI is running at 2% for 2019?

Under your terms and conditions you must give 30 days notice of any increase...this was never served

My contract was renewed in July 2019; other than the January 2020 increase this should have been fixed for 12 months

The contract allows for price increases, I certainly got a letter, perhaps you thought it was junk mail

you can cancel within 30 days of the rise.
Outside this you'll be charged the EDF

you will need to call in to cancel
