being overchaged on broadband last few months despite contrat stating different price

this is the closet i could find to my issue on the boards, apologies if its incorrect, but im being overcharged for last few months now on my internet contract i still have 7 months remaining so it should be still original pricing, seen many others with same issue, this hasnt happened with any other company i have been with, called up 2 times promised it was resolved but it hasnt been can anyone help me here please? if would be different if i owed them money instead i bet
