auto-compensation

Can someone that works for Virgin please contact me as i have been waiting for my Auto-compensation to be sorted since July. Every time i contact Virgin they tell me its ongoing. This excuse has now exhausted itself with me and i want the problem resolved before christmas 2020. You have no issue sending me my bill every month so maybe i should just cancel my direct debit and see how that goes down with yourselves.
