area code???? no account number?? no one to talk too???

hi i had VM broadband installed June 1st this year and still cant access my account as i dont have anccount number and email address will not allow as i dont know the bloody area code and VM just took a random DD of £88 out of my account half way through July without letting me know about that then put me overdrawn.

i would like to talk to someone but there is no one to talk to if this is the future then god help us all.
