account

Hi i cant log into my account have phoned up and been fobbed off with its an IT problem they will get back which they dont so i cant get into my account as it says cant find user name or password have tried to set up a new account but says sorry cant set up at this time  wait for your new set up but i have been with virgin for over 10 years so is hardly new i will have to cancel if i cant get into my account can you please help

Sorry for any confusion, is this a new account of yours after a house move? 

 

Are you having trouble logging into the My Virgin Media account or is this passing security with an agent?

Hi no the account is over 10 years old i cant log in it can find user name but then asks me to put in account details then it says wrong account details i have put in latest bill and all that but still no joy hope you can help i know the the details are correct as your agent sent me my latest bill
