I am a new customer and for 2 months I have an account but I do not have his number. Consumer help after a 2-month SMS conversation gave me an 8-digit number and 9-digit number is needed to log in everywhere. everybody tells me that this is the right number and I can't do anything. I didn't get any contract by letter and I didn't sign anything. I don't know what I paid for, but an astronomical amount was taken from my account and I don't know for what.
