Hello,
I have an account i inhereted after the passing of my mother for both phone and internet.
With the recent change to your phone payment plan i tried to log in to virgin to set up a dirrect debit and discovered a problem,
the account is still linked to my mothers email account, an account i cannot access and thus cannot log in to arrange payments.
how can i get the account emails changed over?

that requires me to log in
