account issues, cannot pay

Hello,

I have an account i inhereted after the passing of my mother for both phone and internet.

With the recent change to your phone payment plan i tried to log in to virgin to set up a dirrect debit and discovered a problem,

the account is still linked to my mothers email account, an account i cannot access and thus cannot log in to arrange payments.

how can i get the account emails changed over?

did you raelly just send me a payment text...

that requires me to log in

with an account i cannot access because the email of the account is wrong?
