my current account changes on the 24th May and the monthly costs increase. I have had very poor service in my area 20 for the past 6 weeks with the service continually dropping. In the current climate I cant afford the cost increase and am looking to negotiate a new cost. I cant find an appropriate email to contact Virgin and the wait time on the phone is prohibitive. Any suggestions out there
If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options.
