I dont care how busy you are due to covid there are things i cant sort online why do your phone lines put me on hold for a very long time then you disconnect the call for no reason? I dont mind waiting but just disconnecting your customers is disgusting if i dont get to speak to you in the next 2 weeks to rearrange to a fair deal i will switch to someone i can actually speak to i suggest someone contacts me soon or you stop cutting my calls off or i will literally have no other option
