You haven't confirmed this username yet

I signed up as a new customer of Virgin on Friday.  I have tried to create an account but I am not getting the email I need to confirm the account.

I have checked Junk/Spam but nothing.  Not a good start to my Virgin Media experience.

Any ideas?
