Hi,

I'm a new Virgin Media customer. I have been trying to create my account for 2 days. I keep getting the error: "You can't use that password. Please choose another."

I have tried all recommendations regarding the password. I have tried different browsers. I have different days and times. 

Could someone please help me resolve this ASAP?

Saw a lot of complaints about this issue. First experience being this difficult is not promising.
