You are no longer with Virgin Media

Hi there, I am a new customer to Virgin and the engineer is scheduled for tomorrow to fit my Broadband, but as of today I have checked my account and it says I am no longer with Virgin Media and it will not show me any details at all, it also says I have not got any appointments scheduled either, just wondering what is going on?

Hopefully yes. I've sent a few details over via email and spoke to someone over the phone and he's got it sorted fingers crossed!
