You Can’t Use That Password

Evening 

Trying to change my password and no matter what I input is says cant use it. Tried random letters/numbers, random words, nothing with my name, email etc. shows as criteria met but still insists can’t be used. Not the first time I’ve had problems with changing passwords. Shouldn’t be this difficult to keep my account secure.

For reference have tried on different devices, different browser, app and website. No luck.
