Xbox gift not received

My services were installed on the 8th of may, I received an email on the 2nd of June saying my gift is ready to send it still hasn't been delivered and reading community posts I'm not the first person this has happened to

I have also spoken to exertis and they informed me that they haven't had an order from virgin to send an xbox to me.

I wouldn't expect much I joined on the 5th of May, spoke to several advisors who told me it'll be here yesterday or wait 90 working days or wait 2 weeks its actually a joke now.
