Virgin have disconnected my service for 'non payment' despite collecting my direct debit as normal.
3 hours trying to solve the problem being pushed pillar to post from the Philipines to India, still none the wiser.
Impossible to contact anyone here in the UK. Very unhappy.
Hmm, you better check they haven't marked a default on your credit file as well. That's arguably even worse than having your broadband disconnected
