Wrong price on contract

Hi there,

 

I signed up to a promotional offer of £10 for the first 12 months: M100 fibre broadband. However, the contract you sent me was for £24 a month. You confirmed my order for the £10 on the 1st of April.

Can you please rectify this and send the new contract.

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.
