Hi I purchased M100 broadband on the 1st of April. £10 for 12 months then £42 after that, my contract says £24 a month?
Can I please get this sorted? If not i will have to cancel. Can I get more than the standard automatic reply as well? The text messaging service is rubbish
Sounds like it was a price glitch, £10 is too cheap
Well it was the price I agreed to, have email confirmation and screenshots.
I've still had no response on this forum, nor has anything changed on my account contract.

I'm in the same position.
Engineer installed and activated 4th April, but my contract still says £42 per month.
I contacted CS and they said leave it 24 hrs to update account. I've done that and it's still the same.
I have screenshots of everything as proof of acceptance for the £10 mth 12 mth deal.
