Wrong package

Start of August I got virgin installed. However they’ve given me the wrong package. They’ve added everything that I didn’t want. I asked for broadband, tv, phone. Lowest amount of Internet, basic tv. They’ve given me 500mb of Internet, 2 boxes, all the channels that I didn’t want. I’ve rung them up saying to change it and they said they couldn’t do it as it had just been installed. Now I can’t get hold off them! Been trying for 3 weeks! And now I’ve gone over the 14 days so they most likely won’t do anything anyway! My package was meant to be £23 a month and it’s now £193!!

Thank you for taking the time for taking the time to reach out to us. 

 

It would seems as though you are on the wrong package. 

 

We would expect the first bill to be higher then your monthly bill, you are charged for a month that you have had and the month you are about to have (double bill) then you would also have the install and activation fee. 

 

When you log into your MY VM account what package dose it say you are on?
