Wrong package

Been trying to get my package reduced as cannot afford to pay. We were wanting basic tv and telephone and wanted to keep the broadband the same. My husband has phoned up to amend and we keep getting additional charges added and we still don’t have the phone connected. This is due to the fact your worker not being able to understand our accent and visa versa. We can’t phone back as we don’t have a landline or mobile phone to use. I want the package amended without the additional charges I have already paid more than what we can afford and being left short for essential items during this pandemic. I would be grateful for help as soon as possible as we can’t contact doctors and our parents we are all to isolate for 12 weeks due to our health.

I don’t have access to any phones now my son has got his mobile back home with him.
