Wrong gift received

I signed up during the Williams & Bowers headphones offer & they were due to arrive today. Extremely disappointed to find that they are JBL headphones instead. Could someone look into this for me as this is not what I signed up for.

We are sorry that you have received the incorrect item. This may happen if it is no longer available and they will send the closest substitute. You can contact them on 01282 858 484 within 48 hours of signing for the parcel. The gift would be sent out by Exertis.

Thanks Chris. I have got in touch with them and they stated that the Bowers & Wilkins headphones were no longer available and the JBL headphones were offered as a substitute. However I don't want this substitute but they are unable to do anything as any changes need to be made and authorised by Virgin Media.
