Wrong email used for my virgin media account

When setting up the account for the my virgin media the wrong email address was used (and doesn’t exist) therefore I can not access the account. 
I have tried to get in contact with virgin media via call but was on hold for 56 minutes. 
was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this or how to get in touch directly with a team who can fix this as I would like to be able to access my account online.

I have raised an IT ticket for you for both your old and new account to be merged. The ticket reference is: P010213959

 

I will give you a shout once both accounts have been merged and you can log back in without any issues 🙂

Good news - IT have let me know that both accounts have now been merged, so you should be able to sign into MyVM as normal and your new details should show.

 

Let me know how it goes when you get the chance to take a look.

thanks again so much! My accounts have been merged and I can now see everything on the app!
