Heya.
The wrong email was used when registering for my virgin media. And as this email doesn't even remotely exist I can't confirm my email.
Is there a way I can change this please

Sorry to see the email is not correct on your online account. Just to confirm do you mean we have the wrong email down for you or you have put the wrong email in by accident when creating your online account?

The email you are looking to change and update would it be the email we contact you with commutations updates on or would it the email you use to access your online account such as My Virgin Media.
